Jamie Azar, CSRC

Jamie Azar is a sex, relationship, and intimacy coach and sexologist who challenges the narratives that keep people disconnected from their bodies, their desires, and each other. With over 16 years of experience as an educator, she believes education is a powerful tool for dismantling shame, pressure, and expectations around sex—and for creating more freedom, connection, and pleasure.

She works with individuals and partners to explore sex and desire, strengthen communication, and redefine relationships beyond limiting scripts. Her work centers on helping people access their erotic selves with greater awareness, permission, and choice.

Through this process, clients cultivate more intentional, expansive, and deeply satisfying relationships with sex, intimacy, and themselves—enhancing overall well-being and deeper relational connection.
