Our focus is around empowerment, encouraging you to have a voice, resistance, and mostly revolution around pleasure. 

Anti-Racism & Inclusivity

At LAST we prioritize sexuality and pleasure, while centering the experiences of BIPOC, LGBTQIA, gender variant, kink, non-monogamous, polyamorous, BDSM, sex worker and and the intersectionality of all or any.  We work to emphasize and celebrate our differences, find real solutions, focus on empowerment, and healthier attitudes around sexuality, race and gender. 

Challenging Unhealthy & Unhelpful Social Constructs

A large part of therapy is challenging unhealthy and unhelpful social constructs that impair our ability to connect and relate. At LAST we are committed to helping you address underlying principles of shame and judgement related to sex-negativity, white supremacy, ableism, body-shaming, and more. We understand that everyone is impacted by these themes in various cultures, and strive to support you in working toward deeper acceptance of yourself and others to better access your own ability to experience peace, acceptance, and joy.

We are big on communication and transparency.

 Therapy might be uncomfortable at times as we encourage you to confront some of the maladaptive processes you have become accustomed to, from messages to behaviors and patterns. There is no overnight fix. We encourage you to go slow, take your time, go easy on yourself and LAST yourself and your process! We are here to help.
