Beth is a dedicated therapist specializing in both Somatic and Narrative approaches to therapy. With a deep belief in the power of connecting to the body, Beth helps clients regain their inner trust and find their own North Star. By integrating these therapeutic modalities, Beth creates a holistic and empowering environment where clients can explore their stories and embodied experiences, leading to profound healing and personal growth.
With extensive experience supporting clients in polyamorous relationships, Beth understands the unique dynamics and challenges that come with non-traditional relationship structures. They also provide compassionate guidance for individuals navigating significant life transitions, whether these involve changes in identity, career, or personal circumstances. Beth is particularly adept at helping clients explore and release the impacts of religious dogma, addressing the shame, grief and confusion that often accompany such experiences. Additionally, Beth is committed to supporting gender expansive individuals and meeting folks at the intersection of neurodivergence and sexuality, offering a safe and affirming space for exploring and embracing one’s true identity. As a late bloomer to queer spaces themselves, Beth brings a unique perspective and deep empathy to their work with LGBTQIA+ clients.
Beth’s expertise in grief work is another cornerstone of their practice. They provide a safe, nurturing space for clients to process and heal from loss, recognizing that grief can manifest in many forms. Their commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive environment ensures that every client feels seen, heard, and empowered on their journey toward wholeness.
