Setting boundaries can be very, very hard. Licensed marriage and family therapist Moushumi Ghose and host of The Sex Talk on YouTube discusses what makes setting boundaries so difficult for some, how to set them properly, and why they are so important. She discusses how the environments in which we were raised, traumatic experiences and the proclivity to people please can all play a role in making setting strong and effective boundaries more difficult, and how to overcome these obstacles.
