Our book clubs are 5 meetings, one hour, every other week, $150 for the whole series! This is a fun way to read a sex-positive book in a supportive environment with others, facilitated by a licensed sex-positive therapist! This is an exciting way to get support, learn something new about yourself (and others) without the pressure of therapy! The following books will be covered in the book club, tentative schedule (subject to change based on therapist availability.).

Caitlin earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from Northwestern University, and now flexes those communication muscles by teaching medical students humanism skills, coaching athletes in functional fitness, and learning from and working with LAST to promote, amplify, and normalize the importance of sexual and mental health.
