Mou is a sex therapist, author, and founder of LAST. An activist at heart for sexual and gender freedoms, she has dedicated her life to helping people unlearn harmful messages, and come into their own. Let us hear her story of how she came to this calling and her goal to help people find a way to be in alignment with themselves, no matter what they’ve been told.

In this interview from Voyage LA, Mou discusses what led her to found L.A.S.T, her mission for it, the creation of her latest venture LAST University and some of her favorite ways to spend time when she’s not working on it.

Moushumi Ghose is a sex therapist and founder of L.A.S.T (Los Angeles Sex Therapy). She is also an educator who conducts workshops exploring sexuality and gender. Mou believes that we can all have healthy relationships with our bodies if we unlearn the harmful messages we receive about ourselves as children and adults; however, many of us don’t have access to these resources so she has dedicated her life to providing them through her work with individuals, couples and families; by promoting sexual health awareness through educational resources like books & films; by teaching others how to help others heal emotionally after trauma or loss
