This week in The Sex Talk, Mou breaks down some myths about arousal, lubrication, penetration, and more, plus some of the other benefits of lube, types of lube, and where to buy lube, discreetly.
We do tend to live in a lube-averse society. Many fear the use of lube or believe that lube should not be necessary if one is already turned on. But actually, lube is a good thing!
Some myths:
1) Wetness = Arousal.
Nope! Vaginal lubrication does not necessarily equate to arousal. One can be aroused and not wet. This is a great time to add in some lube.
2) Dryness = Non-Arousal.
The reverse is also true. One may be aroused and not produce enough lubrication. Cue: LUBE!!

If you fear the use of lube or believe that lube should not be necessary, this is for you!!
